Do you feel powerful?

I’ve fought my own personal battles with stress, limiting health conditions, chronic pain, depression, anxiety, imposter syndrome –let’s just say the full gamut of challenges– too often in life. To rise above these challenges, I sought resources and education to teach me how to overcome them. By investing in myself, I learned to eliminate or quickly overcome negative, unproductive thoughts and feelings, and instead focus my attention on the present and the future in ways that are healthy and productive. I experienced so much success with these techniques that I crossed countless goals off my bucket list.

There came a point where I realized I was living my dream life, and I was able to fully embrace my purpose: To inform, inspire and empower others. I embraced that one of my greatest passions is to provide life coaching and support to people who need and want to grow. I pursued training as an ICF-certified life coach, opened my business, and the rest is history!

I chose the name “Infinite Futures” for my coaching business because of the inspiration I feel when I consider that each of us have infinite paths we could follow; infinite futures we might choose to live. And while each of us have infinite path choices, we as a society also have infinite directions we might take. Visualizing these thoughts inspire feelings of empowerment, hope and excitement about life’s possibilities.

Before I moved from Boston to a subtropical climate in Texas; before I worked at the world-renowned universities of Harvard and MIT; before I completed a college education filled with powerful experiences (having employed strategies to spend surprisingly little money); before I became a certified Yoga Teacher, a certified Master Gardener, or a certified PADI Advanced Open Water diver; before all that – I had become a Licensed Cosmetologist and was a hairstylist in a few Boston neighborhoods and suburbs…

My years spent as a hairstylist is really the foundation for all the other things, especially my desire to become a coach. Coaching is my calling, yet rewarding in ways not entirely different from my work as a hairstylist.

As a stylist, I was always invested in the whole person, rather than just their hair. I spoke with my clients about health, careers, work projects, mental health, personal relationships, work relationships, confidence, science, mindset hacks, self-expression, creativity, traveling… every topic under the sun. I experienced financial success, happiness, and fulfillment in that work for many reasons. I leveraged a strong sense of empathy and an ability to talk to anyone; I enjoyed using my artistic skills to problem-solve, design, formulate, sculpt and treat people’s hair in ways that would help them look and feel their best.

Through the experience of their appointments with me, people left feeling better having received support, encouragement, calm, clarity, and confidence.

That was what made that vocation work well for me and my clients.

Since then, I’ve experienced and learned more and my goals are different. My vocation has changed. Now, years later, I’m using my passions and skills in different ways.

Using concepts and techniques from my own personal and professional development and my training to be a Whole-Person Coach, I’ll help you transform into the person you want to be.

Below are just a few examples of people I help and the problems they want to overcome with coaching:
  • People who are struggling to live their best lives due to stress, lack of fulfillment, overwork, inconsistent confidence, or something else – and want to know what they need to do to change their situation.
  • Students struggling with pressure, emotions, fear of failure, motivation, focus, or expressing themselves – and are receptive to encouragement and able to explore and share their own thoughts and feelings.
  • People who want to learn how to publish books on Amazon to promote their business or for personal fulfillment – and are determined to publish a book through my training and coaching within 6 months or 1 year.

For those who appreciate a good metaphor:

You know the feelings you get from a GREAT appointment with your hairstylist?

You have the relaxing shampoo. You feel a bit vulnerable, but you don’t mind, because you know you’re safe. You’re giving yourself something you need and deserve. You know you’re in good hands and you’ve found yourself breathing deeply. You feel a warm towel wrapped around your head, you’re asked if you’re comfortable, and you’re asked what you need and want. By the end of the appointment you leave feeling like a million bucks…

Do you know that feeling?

After coaching appointments with me, may feel experience similar feelings of safety and well-being to those you have after a hair appointment – and there are no bad haircuts! There IS support, encouragement, breakthroughs, progress and even excitement.

Over time, you’ll notice shifts in your thinking, choose actionable steps, and experience real transformation and real changes in your life. You’ll gain an overall feeling of safety and well-being more and more, in all areas of your life. Your transformation will give you the ability to overcome any obstacle, and make any changes you want for your life.

By working with me and exploring ideas and resources within yourself, you will grow to know and wield your own power.
